Jessica and Kris have each been dedicated to their fitness here at CFG for a year now. Jessica is one of our strongest women and has been a studette since day one. Kris is a beast especially when it comes to jumping or lifting heavy overhead (but not so much when it comes to technique). It has been fun to be a catalyst to your athletic progress and to see how much you have accomplished thus far. Thank you both for being a part of our community.
