Then “Death By Thruster” @ 60% 1RM
1 Thruster the first minute, 2 the second, 3 the third, continuing as long as you are able.
The thruster is an epic way to move a weight. It is essentially the combination of a front squat and a push press. Due to its long range of motion and the moderately heavy weight that will be tossed around this week in the final CrossFit Games Open Workout 11.6, the thruster is a very taxing movement. Today we will focus on technique and going heavy to build some confidence for Saturday.
