5 Rounds For Max Load of the Cycle:

clean-front squat-shoulder to overhead-back squat-shoulder to over head-ground.

*Repeat cycle for 7 reps without setting the bar down or re-gripping on the ground.

Welcome Jon, Leah, Fabian, and Jesus (in that order above) to our ever expanding community of athletes. If you see them in a class be sure to introduce yourself and give them a hand. As I’m sure you can all remember; it can be a little overwhelming coming into your first few group workouts. Also, I love the growing trend of the double thumbs up. “Who has two thumbs and loves burpees?”… “This guy”
