Snatch Balance 1-1-1

Then:
AMRAP 8
3 Weighted Pull-ups 45/25
6 Overhead Squats 95/65

Walt has only been with us for a few months, but he is a stud athlete, hard worker, and soft spoken gentleman. He is also a member of the Army Reserve and is shipping out to the Middle East for a tour of duty. Be safe over there brother, we will see you when you return.

  1. Walt, this is Nick’s mom. I want to thank you for your service to our country and I will pray for your safe return!!! (Nick doesn’t believe in that stuff, but I pray for him too!). The words “thank you” aren’t nearly enough, but they will have to do! I am in awe and forever grateful! Stay safe and continue to CrossFit!!! Susan
