Today's Workout

Overhead Squat 2-2-2-2-2-2 

Then

21-15-9 rep rounds for time of:

95/65lb Sumo Deadlift High Pull
95/65lb Overhead Squat

Top Performances: Jason B and Ryan 225, Larisa 105. Then Ryan 5:04, Larisa 9:37. Also Noteworthy: Christine had a hurt wrist and front squatted for her first time today instead and ended up putting up 160 for the heaviest female front squat on our boards! 

You dont have to cry about it man...

Tomorrow we're hitting the town for Ryan's 30th birthday. We will be starting at the Brewhouse for dinner and shenanigans will ensue shortly thereafter. He also picked tomorrow's workout so expect a good time. Happy Birthday brother and much love.
