Rage angel

Thank you to all of the competitors, judges, spotters, and spectators who came out to our first ever Powerlifting/CrossFit hybrid competition. This event would have been impossible without all the help and equipment provided by our friends from right here in the Goodland as well as up and down the Central Coast. Those who competed blew me away with epic lifts and inspiring performances on the Triplet. There is truly no better measuring stick for your fitness than competition. Nothing inspires more all out performances and PRs than the stress and energy of a competitive atmosphere. I am truly proud of all of our athletes who stepped up and threw down. Effort is more respectable than any time or score and each of you gave it everything you had.

  1. If you’re going to ruin my night and drop me from 2nd to 6th at least get today’s Gelen time right. 8:27.
I’m depressed about Saturday now. Time to get better at chest to bar

  2. This was a great event, Nick! I enjoyed testing my own maxes (after working so hard on them for the past few months) and watching all the other athletes push their limits! It was pretty amazing to watch the effort put in by everyone.

  3. Sorry Chris. I redid the standings tonight to get them on the site and I noticed my error. I was bummed too, but the efforts of the other athletes need to be highlighted. You are still a stud.

  4. Awesome event Nick, I had a great time.
