  1. 29:13 (215 DL, 1.5 Pood, 95 OHS, Reg. Pullups, 35 DB Squat Cleans). The runs were a nice rest in between. Also want to see if I win the award for being the last person to sign up for the competition next weekend.

  3. 24:14 RX. This was one of the funner workouts i have ever done. 5 min pr in the rain with coach pappas. so epic.
