Beach WOD!
 

This Saturday we will be meeting at Goleta Beach at 10AM for our workout. Feel free to bring a friend or two. Meet by the lifeguard tower in this picture. Go right when you get to the beach and park in the close end of the lot. I'll have my phone on me if you need help finding us. These have been a lot of fun in the past, and may even culminate in some friendly beach volleyball games if we are lucky!

*Regular classes are cancelled in light of this event.

    the breather crushed me today. my head was all fucked up from the front rolls. i really hate those things. pappas destroyed this thing.

    Larisa and I had a fun day competing (or at least I did)! We shared a squat rack because our max squat is 175. Larisa did her squats first so I had the advantage of knowing what number I had to beat. She did a solid 12 so I knew I needed 13. My last few were getting ugly, but I pulled it out. I think I must have pissed Larisa off because then she was out for revenge and beat me by two reps in the WOD! Good times and good work, Larisa!!
