Next Saturday (February 12th) we will be meeting at 10AM down at Goleta Beach instead of at CFG for our regular classes. The workout will be challenging, but a good one to bring a friend or two to so they can get a little taste of the Kool-Aide.

  2. I need more workout clothes. I’m pretty sure I’m wearing the same pink shirt in all the pictures I’m in on this blog.

    the GHD is really deceptive. and now I am really sore. I probably could have gone a bit heavier in the jerk, but wanted to focus on my form (though using the GHD probably didn’t help that goal).
