I really gotta work on my Oly Lifting, it’s a shit show.
But on a positive note I’ve never felt so confident with pull ups, my kip felt on today, and I did at least 75% of the numbers unbroken (I think six I slipped up…but you know, six is the worst according to everyone so…) anyways excuses aside I felt great in about half the workout and miserable struggling through the clean in the other half. Good times. Just waiting for my shoulders to open up.
My deadlift form in this picture doesn’t look so good…
Good timing on the picture — it’s a 3 person deadlift progression. And Cristina has a really nice reflective hip
I’d like to try this WOD — pullups would be a struggle but I like cleaning.

Muscle fatigue was the biggest problem for me in this wod, especially my grip during the pullups (which was surprising)…hands kept getting really sweaty. My clean felt like I was getting a better rhythm with the full motion – especially the 3rd pull.
What I find confusing about this pic (aside from my reflective hip;) is I cannot see the rest of my right leg. There’s a foot…and then nothing. Weird.
nevermind. found my leg. my knee brace is covering most of it…
