3 Reps @ 80% WM

  1. The breathing ladder did not go very well — I found it extremely difficult to hold my breath during the swings. I could get 3 in a row and then had to take a breath and go at it again.
2 minute max KBS: 46. That was more fun than the ladder.

  2. Yeah, just like Katie, 3 was as much as I could do. But definitely an interesting little exercise and very hard to keep your mind clear and focused when you are holding your breath.
However, unlike Katie, the 2 minute max was not more fun for me :) .

  3. After we got to 5, I couldn’t swing more than 2 without a breath. Definitely helps you realize the importance of controlling your breathing though. Save the heavy uncontrolled breathing for after the workout. 37 Rx on the 2 min max.

  4. I predict a lot of very sore backs tomorrow w/that workout :)
A heads-up: We launched a new site http://www.crossfitequipmentreviews.com that has a lot of useful info for Crossfitters looking for gear, books, diet info, etc… Check us out! Thanks.

It doesn't have to be fun... to be fun.
