I probably shouldn't have held a seminar that overlapped with the BCS Championships, but here we go. You have all been emailed the rules. Pick the level at which you want to participate and keep score. Every time you break from a Paleo food add a point to your score. The lower score you have in the end the better. This Challenge will go until Friday February 11. Time to get healthy, strong, and lean.

should have run a little harder to get that one last round in. my pr is 90, but with one more round of pullups so overall i was happy.
