Today’s Workout: 100 pushups for time. Every minute on the minute do 20 air squats.
Shouldn’t the WOD be something like “ski as much fresh pow (aka vertical feet) as you can in 6hrs”?
Did this one today. Much harder than anticipated. 11:58. 30 pushups in the first minute and it all went downhill from there…
