CFV'ers Visiting For A Little Team WOD Saturday

This weekend is a big weekend for CrossFitters of the Goodland!

Saturday is the "Battle of the Boxes" team challenge at CrossFit Ventura. Even if you are not participating I highly recommend coming down to support our teams, hang out with some great people, and see firsthand what CrossFit competition is all about. DUE TO THE EVENT THERE WILL BE NO CLASSES OFFERED AT CFG THIS SATURDAY. 

Then this Sunday, November 14 I will be hosting a WOD/Potluck BBQ at my house to celebrate the first birthday of CrossFit Goodland. The festivities will kick off with a workout at Noon that will be a requirement to earn a cup for the keg of adult beverage (bring your own if you don't want to WOD) and will go all afternoon. We have a BBQ so bring some meat or side to share and join in the fun. I hope to see you all there! Our extended family down the road at CPC and CFV are more than welcome to join as well.

  1. I would like to add that if you do not do the WOD, and therefore bring your own cup, it better be the most ridiculous-looking cup in the tri-counties.
    Those cups shaped as an animal head that you can get from theme parks are encouraged.
