Rack Install

Ted spent a good portion of his Saturday helping me install our newest power rack and platform. Thank you for helping to make our gym a little more awesome yet again Ted! With this rack we can squat heavy and deep without worrying about spotters, do dynamic efforts with bands, and get more people through strength WODs at once. Look for some more new toys coming soon…

  1. Dang it! I never miss a Monday and the first one I’m not at you do an awesome WOD. I could totally do Baseline RX now, too. Makeup on Saturday?! I’ll just keep drinking this delicious beer in the Denver airport to drown my sorrows.

    then worked shoulder mobility and foam roller. i still owe 105 burpees…
