33lb thruster…def not my max, but shoulder (or whatever it is) was hurting.

tore-up my hands, but on the upside I did 80 pullups

This was my first RX workout that included pull-ups. I was happy with my 27 pull-ups (until I read Cristina did 80 – awesome job!) but had to do each one individually. I need to learn how to link them and then I’ll be good to go.
