Muscle-ups are an essential skill for any competitive CrossFitter. They are also just plain fun to get. If you don't have solid pull-ups or ring dips yet they are required prerequisites and a good way to build necessary the strength to perform a Muscle-up. The crux of the motion is the transition which we will spend plenty of time playing with today.
