Then 7 Rounds for Time:
7 Knees to Elbows
7 24''/20'' Box Jumps
I'm getting a little tired of always listening to Rage Against The Machine. Its not that I don't love them, I just hear them A LOT. I'm gonna work on building us a new playlist. Music can be a huge motivator in a workout so if you have some songs you would like to hear post them to comments and I'll do my best to add them.

“Wind beneath my wings” – Bette Midler
What?
15-135-145-155-165-165*
*165 is my new 3 rep max, up from 143.
Good article. So many unfortunate misconceptions out there. I’m going to keep lifting heavy shit — it’s doing good things for me.
My current running playlist is really too embarrassing to publicize, but I’m going to put it out there anyway — it keeps me going when I get tired (and, yes, I like country):
Single Ladies — Beyonce
California Gurls — Katy Perry
Party In the U.S.A. — Miley Cyrus
Fire Burning — Sean Kingston
Eenie Meenie — Sean Kingston & Justin Bieber
It Happens — Sugarland
Stuck Like Glue — Sugarland
Dynamite — Taio Cruz
Billionaire — Travie McCoy
Chicken Fried — Zac Brown Band
Rise Against, Aesop Rock, Thrice, Dead Country, I really dig hardcore when I’m doing something painful and fast.
I’m going to try and make it tomorrow but I won’t be around any other day this week. Fall FTX is starting, so I’ll be training in SLO and making up the missed class time.
Black Betty – (by Spider Bait)
GAGZ…but you already knew that.
Ali – did you mean lady gaga? just checking..
whelp…I gave you a CD, so I feel like I’ve already done my job, but just to add to the pile, anything by:
Mos Def
Talib Kweli
Jurassic 5
Hieroglyphics Crew
Black Eyed Peas
Outkast
Michael Jackson
Janet Jackson
etc, etc, etc
WOD: 83-113-133-153-163(1)-163(1)/ 6:07
got worked on the last 2 DLs…and my knees were killing me last night. I need to sit back more on my heels.
Yea Christina I meant Lady Gaga.
Pennywise
Face to Face
MxPx
NoFX
… yes I was a high school guy in the late 90s.
MxPx, awesome, didn’t know anyone had heard of them outside of Seattle, or Bremerton. I second Pennywise. How about some Tupac, hit em up is awesome. Also D.I.M. or Benga.
