First watch this video: Greg Amundson defining terms for goal setting. In the video Greg describes a Japanese word "kaizen" which roughly translates as a daily quest for self improvement. It doesn't matter where you are, what matters is what you do to get where you want to go. Goals are due on Monday.

  1. Got a 3.5 mile run in this evening. Felt slow, sluggish and tight but ended up getting it done in 29 minutes. Ran 3.25 in 28 minutes last Saturday, so even though I didn’t feel the best it was a good run. The WOD for today sounds way more tough than my run…

    felt good today during the wod. legs a little stiff warming up. knee is pissed icing as i type. i need to start doing some more running as well.

    16:00 @ 73lb…my knee felt a little worked today too. Iced it though and it’s feeling better.
