We have been having some big groups in the evening classes! To split things up a little more there will now be a 4:30PM class offered Monday through Friday. If the morning classes continue to be filling up I will add them in more days as well. As we grow a little larger be sure to welcome the newcomers and make them feel at home. Remember how your first few group workouts felt; getting used to CrossFit and joining a new community can be a little intimidating to say the least.

  2. Yes, great class with Matt tonight. Breaking down the snatch into the 3 pulls really helps to conquer all the tough oly lifts.
    Paleo total: 12 points. I couldn’t resist sugar in my coffee on a dreary Monday morning. I like the idea of adding cinnamon. I will try that instead of sugar — thanks for sharing Cristina and Christy!
