You have 1 minute to get 30 Kettlebell Swings at 2 pood. If you fail to earn 30 swings assess a penalty for that minute. For each penalty row 1000m.
Ali got us a team set up for the AIDs walk this weekend. Click here to register for FREE. Registration starts at 9:00AM and the walk itself starts at 10:00AM. Please join us if you can! After the walk Chad and Christy have graciously offered to host a Paleo Potluck BBQ at their house at 1:00PM. You are all invited to either event or hopefully both! In light of the walk the gym will be closed on Saturday.
Because the gym has been closed last Saturday and will be closed again this Saturday I will host an "Open Gym" on Sunday from 2PM-4PM so that you can come by and hit a workout of your choice or work on some skills and strength.
Reminder: I am taking orders for CrossFit Goodland Hoodies until Friday. If you want one please e-mail me your size (they run a size small). They cost 50$ each, but all the proceeds will be benefiting the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

I am getting to the point where during meals all I can think about is eating a big juicy hamburger on a bun with lots of ketchup! I’m not going hungry and the food is good, but I’m not feeling satisfied. I’m starting to miss the things I love — like burgers and pancakes with syrup. Maybe my cravings are a sign of not feeding my body proper proportions of lean meats, veggies and fruits? Or maybe I’m just having a weak spell? Let’s just say I’ll be glad when the challenge is over and I can incorporate some of my not-so-paleo favorite foods back into my diet on an occasional basis and not feel guilty about it!
Three words, Katie:

Lettuce wrapping is what I have done since starting paleo and it’s good, it just isn’t the same! I’ll get over it. Thanks for the encouragement, though!
