Congrats to Eddie Avakoff and Chris Albert who will be opening a new gym/box down in Venice Beach: Metroflex Venice. These guys know a thing or two about raging. On Thursday we all deadlifted for max load, then Eddie did "Helen" in 8:13, then we all pushed the Prowler. Epic.
