*No Rest Between Exercises

Try to stick to Paleo as best you can this weekend. Limit the adult beverages and keep it simple of you do indulge. Remember to keep track of/limit your points!

    Gave in to some wine with a steak dinner tonight. But had beets and a nice salad on the side.
