So far only 2 of us (Jessica and I) are registered for Fight Gone Bad 5. Please take some time to register and bug your friends for some donations. Every little bit helps. You must be registered to participate in the Fight Gone Bad workout on September 25th down at CrossFit Pacific Coast. To register simply go to www.fgb5.org and fill out the registration form, then post it to Facebook and get your friends to give you a few bucks for some amazing and worthy charities. You will not want to miss out on this awesome opportunity to PR on a crazy workout surrounded by your friends and fellow athletes from CrossFit Pacific Coast and CrossFit Ventura. Do it.

This Saturday in the 9:30 class we will be doing a "Fight Gone Bad Experiment" to prepare for the madness that is Fight Gone Bad. Come on by to figure out you game plan should be so you can maximize your points on this nasty, nasty WOD.

  7. Can we eat quinoa and almond milk? It would make my life A LOT easier…(I thought quinoa was a grain and didn’t know almond milk was an option). Thanx for the ideas Whit! …wasn’t trying to call you out

  8. Yup! Almond milk is awesome and quinoa is actually a seed not a grain.
