Our Fall Paleo Challenge will be kicking off next Monday evening. Kara Gochnour D.C. will be coming in to give a nutrition seminar Monday at 6:30 to educate and answer questions as we enter our month long challenge. Working out is only a part of the fitness equation. Nutrition is the true cornerstone to a well rounded athletic lifestyle, as well as the key to taking your performance to the next level. Whether you are trying to loose weight, take some time off your Fran, or stave off disease and inflammation taking a good look at the food you eat and working to improve the quality and quantity can help you to achieve your goals. We will also have a workout challenge running concurrently so you can test the effects of clean eating upon your work capacity. Both the WOD challenge and Paleo Challenge will be optional, but it is highly recommended that you participate. By now you have discovered that working out in groups can help you to work harder, the same theory works for improving your diet. Rage on some meat and veggies.
