Wow. After seeing the WOD for today I think I’m almost grateful for having butt arm. Did a jump rope workout instead:
FT:
100 basic
20 double unders
100 scissors
20 double unders
100 skiers (side to side)
20 double unders
100 alternate foot
20 double unders
100 left center right and back (feet together)
20 double unders
500 basic
23:41 — double unders were slowing me down, but it was a good workout. Hoping to be recovered and back by Thursday!
