Clean and Jerk

Larisa started CrossFit back in April. She has now been coming in regularly for about 4 months and is absolutely killing it. Recently she has achieved her first deadhang and kipping pull-ups, 3 repped nearly twice her bodyweight on deadlift, lead the ladies in a lot of the strength days, and gone RX in a wide range of workouts involving skill, metabolic conditioning, or strength. Larisa likes to whine a little when it comes to running, but I think it is only because she knows that she will give nothing less than 100% and it will not be easy. Keep up the awesome work Larisa! I can't wait to see what you can accomplish in the next 4 months.

  1. Oh jeez, I’m embarrassed. I never knew I could get a post named after me! Thank you Nick for the praise, encouragement, and support! This is probably because you felt bad that I almost didn’t make it through yesterday’s WOD ;) .
