Mark Your Calendars! Saturday August 28th we will be heading down to CPC to do a "Box Jump" and hit a workout with CrossFit Pacific Coast and Paradiso CrossFit. The workout will be performed in teams and will begin at 10am. There are rumors of a BBQ happening afterward so bring something to eat if you would like to participate in yet another awesome CrossFit potluck.
