100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Air Squats
Run 1 Mile
Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed.

Immediately After…
5 Minutes After…
10 Minutes After…
15 Minutes After…
90 seconds of work equates to a good 30 minutes of altered consciousness and some epic cramping.
Congratulations to Ryan and Raphael for stepping up to compete in this years Central Coast Clash. Thanks to Chad, Christy, Cristina, Dax, Christos, Katie, and Jen for coming down to support us. Hopefully you will be inspired to compete next year. There is NOTHING better to further your athletic progress than competition. Finally a huge thanks to CrossFit Ventura for hosting such a great event and creating and incredible supportive atmosphere in which athletes of all levels can put their skills to the test.
