"Mile Plus"
4 rounds for time:
400m run
15 Squat Clean Thrusters 95/65lbs
15 Burpees (to a 1 foot above vertical reach target)
2 minutes rest
"Ave Imperator, morturi te salutant"

We will be leaving from CrossFit Goodland at 6:30 AM so that we will have time to sign in and warm up. If you would like to arrange a later carpool feel free, but you will not want to miss the action. People will literally be breathing fire.




Fun second class! But it wasn’t fun riding my bike the 2 miles home. Looking forward to getting more wind in me and crushing these workouts!
