This Saturday CrossFit Goodland will be closed as we are heading down to Ventura for the Clash. Even if you are not participating (registration is now closed), you are welcome and encouraged to come down with us and support the athletes who are raging. I cannot express in words how awesome these competitions are on every level, from the athletic feats to amazingly supportive the community atmosphere there is truly nothing like a CrossFit competition. It is simply something that must be experienced to be understood. After the Clash there will be a keg and potluck BBQ so bringing some food to share is also encouraged.
