In the wake of the CrossFit Games there is a tangible reinvigorating energy pervading the entire CrossFit community. Yesterday was an incredible day in our box. Not only did we have a packed house and some inspiring performances in the heats for "Christine," Emily also got her first pull-ups! Seeing people just having finished their workout, still out of breath, getting up off the ground to cheer on their fellow athletes is a beautiful thing. Whether you are first or last in the standings it does not matter as long as you put in the fullest effort of which you are capable and help others to do the same.
