Today's Workout

"Gymnastic Lynne"

5 rounds for max reps

Full Range of Motion Handstand Pushups on the parallettes
"L" Pull-ups

then 

2 minutes for max reps double-unders

Burpees on the beach!
Saturday at 10AM meet at Goleta Beach for our workout. This workout wont count toward your membership and you are welcome to bring a friend. Also if anyone would like to play volleyball after there are few things in this world that make me happier than beach doubles. Shoot me an email and we can try to get some teams going.
