Today's Workout

Death by 45lb Back Squat

With an unloaded bar perform one back squat the first minute, two the second, three the third, … continuing as long as you are able to complete the number of required squats per minute.

Everyone who participated in the CrossFit Total Challenge PRed. EVERYONE! Congratulations and great work! We will all now have bigger motors to drive heavy loads, long distances, quickly. Our next challenge will be starting shortly and will be a little different than either the "Fran" or "CFT Challenge." Details to come soon. 

*If you still need to make up the CrossFit Total there will be an opportunity the last Saturday of this month, or you can email me to set up a time to come in and get it done.

Reminder: Saturday's workout will be held at 10:00 AM at Goleta Beach. This one will not count toward your membership and feel free to bring a friend along!
