my knee started hurting a lot so i backed off a bit, but this wod was no joke and it won today.
65-75-85-95-105PR for me, 30 pounds better (back in 5/29 might have been the last time).
First metcon attempt left my chin bloody as I didn’t get my head out of the way quick enough around the 11th rep on s.t.o.)
Second attempt: 6:20 (60lb for s.t.o.)
