Today's Workout

Back Squat

5 reps at 67% 1RM
3 reps at 76% 1RM
Max Reps at 85% 1RM

Then

1/2 Tabata Alternating

Burpees
Pull-ups

Erin is strong.

 Have a fun and safe 4th of July! I hope to see you at CrossFit Pacific Coast tomorrow if you can make it. 10AM for the workout, then 12 ounce curls for the rest of the day, then fireworks. Epic.

    ran a mile for time today… 7:09 pretty happy with that!
