Midline Stability

Today's Workout

As Many Rounds As Possible In 15 Minutes

10 "True" Pushups
10 Supine Ring Pullups

Welcome to the Goodland Lavion!
Midline stability is our definition of "Core Strength." You should be able to maintain a neutral spine during any motion we perform in any workout. This is both to promote maximum efficiency of your motions as well as to protect your intervertebral disks. Even though your arms are the primary movers in todays workout your body should be rigid and spine neutral.
