Hopefully by now most of you are checking the website daily. We need to start filling up the comments section. Currently not many people are contributing their times or input down there. Think of the comments section as a suggestion box, place to vent or celebrate, or share a link or some information with your fellow athletes. Don't like the workouts or want to work on some new motions? Say so. Have a nutrition question? Ask it. Just front squatted 1,000? Put it up there. You get the point. Lets start getting some chatter going and utilizing this unique forum.

Sunday at 10 is CPC's 4th of July Team Workout and BBQ. I am already giddy with excitement for Sunday. I have been looking forward to it since last year. Best day of the summer with some AWESOME people.

  1. Hey everyone. Been trying to do some crossfit workouts on my own back here in LA. Did this one last week in 24:20…almost RX except I used a 35 lb dumbell, and replaced d.u. with 120 single under per round. Fun workout. Almost died. Almost.
    Eating 3.5 servings of coffee ice cream at this moment while catching up on reading for a class…my one break meal/snack from going fully Paleo…and a protein shake with milk occasionally.

    PS. Keeping a workout log on tumblr if you all wanna check it out. Doing crossfit and parkour wod’s (http://www.americanparkour.com/), and some various martial arts when I can.

     
  2. Good to hear from you Raphael! It’s good to hear you are keeping up with the Paleo and CrossFit as much as possible. 24:20 is a solid time my friend. I’ll be sure to check out your workout log.
