You are always welcome to show up early to classes and/or stay late. This is a perfect time to do some extra stretching, practice a motion you need work on, or simply get into the mood a little before jumping into a workout. The foam roller and lacrosse ball are a great way to get loose both before and after exercise. The dowels are an awesome way to practice overhead squats and motions while working on balance and flexibility. If there are open pull-up bars or rings work on your kip, or grab a rower and pull a few strokes. If I'm not busy I'm always down to give you a little extra coaching or talk some nutrition, and even if you just want to come hang out I always enjoy the company.
