3 attempts for fastest lap (approximately 25m) in the sled push. Record loads used and times.
Your calluses will build up and become larger from repetitive friction and use in workouts. This is a good thing, but if they get too thick and you do a lot of pull-ups or grip oriented work they will tear off completely. This is a bad thing. To prevent tearing it is a good idea to trim them down regularly or use a pumice stone to keep them from becoming too thick. When calluses completely tear off it puts you out of commission on grip exercises for a few days and burns like crazy when you wash them out. If you do tear please remember wipe down the equipment you used after you are done to be courteous to the other athletes who will use it after you.
