CrossFit Pacific Coast is hosting a team workout next sunday and BBQ to celebrate 4th of July. The workout starts at 10am with festivities immediately after, and possibly during. Last year's celebration was epic and it would be awesome if we could represent the Goodland at both the WOD and BBQ to meet some of our friends from downtown. The BBQ will be potluck style so grab some meat or adult beverages and lets head on down the road to celebrate America's birthday in style.
