One of the most incredible things about this crazy community we call CrossFit is its open source nature, and the ease of accessing information with the internet. Through reading the main site, CrossFit Journal, affiliate blogs, and other articles and videos you can continue to learn more about pretty much any aspect of health and fitness. Seriously, its like the iPhone commercial "there's an app for that" slogan. Need to learn more about Paleo Nutrition? There's blogs for that! Check out Robb Wolf's blog. Want to do some endurance training and run a marathon? There's blogs for that! Check out CrossFit Endurance. Body maintenance, recovery, and mechanics (and a little bit of all things CrossFit)? There's blogs for that! Check Kelly Starrett's awesome blog. OK, you get the idea and these are just a few of the incredible resources that you can access FOR FREE. Check them out and expand your knowledge or just browse and see what you can learn on accident. If you find something cool and worth sharing post it to comments so the rest of us can benefit from it and discuss it.

  1. Hey Goodland,
DId Diane today in 14:53 scaled to 215 and about 2 pads (i used a few weights) on the handstand pushups.
It was hard workout, but felt good doing it. I def need to warmup better, but i feel weird doing our functional warmup alone in the middle of globo gym.
One of the personal trainers came over to me and commented on my good work out though.
    See ya soon

  2. nice. try the CrossFit warm-up. its a little less ridiculous. im surprised a globo trainer was down with diane. the enlightenment is spreading…

  3. Check out http://www.marksdailyapple.com/. My dad swears by this guy and he has a lot of interesting posts about weight training and eating like a caveman. I have his cookbook at home and it has some pretty awesome paleo recipes
