Congratulations Celina on getting your first pull-up(s) today. Its been only a little over a month now and you are already breathing fire! Keep up the good work! If you are new to CrossFit or still don't have a kipping pull-up it should be a huge goal of yours. The ability to pull your body up to the bar is highly functional and a staple of CrossFit workouts.
