Do you ever have a day when you feel tired, sore, and there are a million other things to do rather than work out, but you know you should make it in to the gym? You only get one brain to drive all the crazy tasks that you must complete day in and day out and it is not always easy to find the energy to get in a workout. Working out can be hard to fit in sometimes, but it will help you to relieve stress and feel better if you can just make the effort to show up. The awesome thing about working out with a coach and a great community of fellow athletes is that you can draw upon them for energy when you are having trouble finding it from within yourself. Our workouts are short and intense, but while you are doing them the volume on all of the other silly bullshit clouding up your mind gets turned down for a while which is actually incredibly calming. So on those stressed days just take the first step and show up, we will all help you through the rest of the workout; you know you will feel better when it is over.
