Katie nailed a 48" box jump yesterday. Epic. This one was a lower height, but I suck at photography apparently...

Please try to make it in today or tomorrow for the trial round of our Total Challenge. It will be fun to see who can make the most progress over the next 6-8 weeks. These lifts are fundamental to pretty much every other motion we do. Master them.

  2. I’m impressed. Ive got the biggest box at my gym, 42, and adding to it. 48 is pretty gnarly. WTF is up with the pictures going right to left. I thought this was America, nick.
