This Friday and Saturday we will be holding the trial rounds for our next workout challenge: CrossFit Total. The CrossFit Total is the sum of your one rep max on back squat, strict shoulder press, and deadlift. After a solid warmup you will have 3 attempts for a max at each exercise. Increasing your strength will increase your confidence and ability in just about any workout. The "CFT" is a great indicator of well rounded functional strength and I expect that with some practice and training we will all be seeing some solid increases in the finals!
