Today's Workout
In Teams of 3:
For Max Burpees in 15 Minutes
One member performs max reps of burpees
One member of the team performs walking lunges to the mark (~25m)
One rests and counts.
Rotate when the lunging member returns.
You don't always need weights to work out. Thanks to everyone who came out and participated today, it was fun to have some new friends join us.

*For the Alpha Smeas the higher score was counted when burpee rounds were shared. If the scores from those rounds were averaged the adjusted score would be 215.5. Still a solid number of burpees.
