Tomorrow morning we will be meeting at 10AM down at Goleta Beach, click here for directions. It's nice sometimes to not only vary your workouts, but also the venue in which you perform them. I can't think of a more beautiful place to mix things up than our very own Goleta Beach. If you are creative and motivated the world can be your gym. 

Schedule Update: There will now be a 4:30 class offered on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
