You may have noticed that today's post is much later than usual. Following in the footsteps of CrossFit Ventura the workout of the day will now be posted after the last class of the day. This is for a couple reasons. The morning classes never know what the workout will be, so it is only fair that the evening classes have the same exciting mystery awaiting them in the afternoon. Also, this will ensure that there is no picking and choosing of workouts (I have noticed slightly more people showing up on lifting days, which personally I love, but metcon is important too). If you need to scale we will scale, but a lot of the benefit of CrossFit is found in the variation.
A Few Reminders:
Tomorrow at 6:30 we will be kicking back with a little potluck BBQ here at the gym. It would be awesome if you could join us and maybe even bring something to share!
Saturday the workout will be starting at 10AM down at Goleta Beach. This one won't count toward your membership and feel free to bring a friend.

yea, there isnt a 6:30 on friday anymore cause it was pretty unpopular. please come by if you wanna eat and chill though. and if you want to workout a little that could be arranged.
