Ryan's 405 Deadlift

Foam rolling, lacrosse balls, and massage are all used to perform myofascial release. The act of physically applying pressure to target areas aids recovery and flexibility by reducing adhesions, increasing blood flow, and helping to decrease inflammation. Your muscles work hard and you need to take care of them to ensure proper recovery and function. Try to make a little time every day to roll it out!
